The first program of ASBU CID Seminar Series was held on 9th November, 2023, Thursday, in Sümerbank Building hall 105 with participation of Assoc. Prof. Selver B. Şahin from Bilkent University Department of International Relations. 

In the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Selver B. Şahin presented her talk entitled "Higher Education Scholarships as Development Aid: Some Findings from a Comparative Study".
