The cooperation protocol between the Social Sciences University of Ankara and the University of Social Sciences of Cyprus, which aims to open joint graduate programs in the TRNC, to exchange lecturers for these programs, to enable student exchange, to develop joint research projects, to organize joint academic meetings, is signed by the rectors Prof. Dr. Mehmet Barca and Prof.Dr. Mustafa Tümer.
