Since 1992, December 3 has been accepted as an international day by the United Nations, with the aim of increasing the participation of our disabled citizens in social life, drawing attention to their problems and raising social awareness in order to eliminate these problems.

On "December 3, International Day of Disabled Persons", we wish this day to be beneficial to all our disabled citizens and their families and hope a world without disabilities.
