On April 23 and 24, the Audit and Risk Management Center (ASBU DRM) gave “Information Technology Audit" and "Negotiation and Communication Techniques" trainings to the Inspectors of the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey.
ASBUDRM continues its corporate support and training activities in order to contribute to the adaptation of the changes required by today's institutions and to develop solutions according to the needs. In this context, a training program was given to the inspectors who attended the Turkey Agricultural Credit Cooperatives and Internal Audit Board's 2019 Guidance consultation and evaluation meeting. The two-day training program focuses on information technology, negotiation and communication themes for an inspectorate profession that will guide organizations in evaluating current and future corporate opportunities.
The aim of the program titled "Information Technology Audit" is to provide information security systems with the ability to control information security, governance, software, hardware, network architecture and related services and systems.
The program titled “Negotiation and Communication Techniques“ intended inspectors to gain negotiation and communication skills through examples from an inspection perspective. The aim was to help them to have a win-win conversation and a healthy communication both with the institution's leadership and with the instances to be inspected.
We especially thank Murat Yılmaz, Head of Guidance and Inspection Board, Vice Presidents Omer Gençay Unlu and Tamer Yilmaz and all inspectors for their contribution and participation during the training.
