On 9.05.2019, an academic cooperation protocol was signed between ASBU and Turkish Red Crescent. In the name of ASBU, Prof.Dr. Mehmet Barca and in the name of Turkish Red Crescent Dr. İbrahim Altan signed the protocol. 

In the light of aforementioned protocol, the sides will cooperate with each other in detection of issues in the times of crisis, natural disasters and humanistic aid, designing researches for solutions and applying them, in carrying out studies through establishing new teams of students, researches, and designing programs and sharing them with the public.
