Serkan Keçeci (PhD) works at the Department of History, at İzmir Dokuz Eylül University. He completed his graduate studies at Bilkent University and his doctoral studies at London School of Economics. He is specialist in the fields of nineteenth century, Ottoman-Russian-Iranian histories and Caucasian regions.
