Senior government officials from the LPDR (Libyan Program for Reintegration and Development) program visited ASBU on 09.04.2019 through SESRIC (Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Center for Islamic Countries).

Libyan delegation specified that their purpose of visit is to develop various of collaborations and learn about Turkey's experience through Libya's future and restructuring process and benefit from that. The visit of Libyan delegation organized with the coordination from ASBU Political Science and Public Administration Department Lecturer Dr. Seval Yaman. After the opening speeches by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş and the Director of Institute for Eastern African Studies Assoc. Prof.Dr. Enver Arpa, Research Assistants from Political Sciences and Public Administration Department Dilek Çakır and Didem İşçi made a presesentation entitled "Public Administration Reforms in Turkey". After the presentations, the Republic Museum and Hacı Bayram-ı Veli Mosque and Tomb were visited.
