Assoc. Prof. Recep Rehimli graduated from  Public Administration Department of Gazi University. In 2002, he completed his master's degree in the Department of Public Administration and Political Science / Management Sciences at Gazi University. In 2008, Rehimli received his PhD from Public Administration and Political Science Department of Ankara University. In 2011, he became an Associate Professor in the field of Public Administration. He has published 70 scientific articles and 5 books in the fields of state personnel management, national security, political and administrative corruption in the public sector and local governments. He is currently the head of the Department of Scientific Research and International Relations of the State Academy of Administration of Azerbaijan. As a faculty member in the same academic institution, he gives lectures on Public Administration, Public Personnel Regime and Ethics of Public Officials.
