Short Bio:

Saïd Elbanna is a Professor of Strategic Management at Qatar University. His career has been marked by various teaching and research roles at different universities in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. He has taught extensively in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He founded and directed the UAEU Center for Strategic Management. His main research interests are in strategic planning, internationalization of SMEs and environmental management. Since 2006, he has published 39 articles in journals such as Journal of World Business, Strategic Management Journal and Long-Range Planning. He has received several research, teaching and service awards including the Journal of Management Studies and Pubic Management Review Best Paper Awards.
