The contract was signed on the 29th January 2019 for the "Social Entrepreneurship of Ankara and Innovation Network: Research Infrastructure Development Project" prepared by ASBU-SIM (Social Innovation Center) team and approved by Ankara Development Agency within the scope of Feasibility Support for 2018.

The general purpose of the “Social Entrepreneurship of Ankara and Innovation Network: Research Infrastructure Development Project” is to develop an effective networking in social entrepreneurship and to develop cooperation capacity among all actors, to construct an interactive and sustainable research infrastructure and to transform knowledge generation to social benefit. The project is the basis of the implementation process by establishing a sustainable networking for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship capacity of Ankara by providing a change-transformation of the social entrepreneurship environment and by doing the feasibility study of the research infrastructure in the three main areas required by the potential stakeholders. The research infrastructures in question will be supported as priority research infrastructures within the scope of ASBU Sociocity support mechanisms and will contribute to the completion of the model constructed within the scope of the project.
